1. Agreeing to these terms
By using the TrueGem Mini App (@Truegem_bot), our channel or our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TrueGem.
2. Who can use TrueGem
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it.
- To connect a wallet or receive any on-chain reward, you must be of legal age where you live (usually 18), and it must be allowed by the laws of your country.
3. Your account
- Your TrueGem account is linked to your Telegram account. One account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account and your wallet secure.
- Each wallet can be linked to only one TrueGem account, and a linked wallet can't be changed from the app.
4. Gems
- Gems are points you earn inside TrueGem. They are not money, not cryptocurrency and not property, and they have no cash value.
- Gems can't be sold, bought, transferred or exchanged, except through features we offer inside TrueGem.
- We may change how many Gems each activity gives, add or remove ways to earn and spend them, and correct balances that are wrong because of errors, bugs or cheating.
5. Future rewards
We may run reward programs connected to TrueGem, for example tokens, NFTs, whitelist spots or other prizes. If we do:
- Whether they happen, what they are, how much, and when are decided by TrueGem and are not guaranteed.
- Eligibility may depend on your activity, a fair play review, having a connected wallet and the rules of your country. Some countries may be excluded.
- The details will be announced in our official channel @TrueGem_Official. Only announcements there count.
Nothing in TrueGem is financial or investment advice, and nothing we say is a promise that Gems or any reward will have a certain value.
6. Fair play
TrueGem is only fun if everyone plays fair. These are not allowed:
- Using more than one account
- Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulator farms or automated requests
- Inviting your own extra accounts or fake accounts as "friends"
- Using bugs to get Gems. Please report bugs to support instead.
- Selling, buying or sharing accounts
If we find cheating, we may remove Gems, stop referral rewards or ban the account, at any time, including before rewards are given out. If you think a ban is a mistake, you can appeal through @Truegem_support_bot.
7. Wallets, NFTs and the blockchain
- Wallets connect through TON Connect inside your own wallet app. TrueGem never asks for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords. Anyone who asks for them is not TrueGem.
- Blockchain transactions can't be undone. You are responsible for anything you do with your wallet.
- Wallet apps and marketplaces such as Getgems are run by other companies under their own terms.
- Owning a TrueGem NFT gives you ownership of that token. It does not give you copyright in the artwork unless we say so in writing. You can check that an artifact is genuine on our provenance page.
8. Messages from our bot
If you allow it, our bot may send you reminders, at most 2 a day. You can turn them off anytime in the app or with the button under any reminder. Official TrueGem accounts are listed in the app (Profile → Official links). We will never message you first asking for payment or wallet details.
9. What you must not do
- Try to hack, overload or disrupt TrueGem, or access data that isn't yours
- Pretend to be TrueGem or its team, or run scams using our name
- Use TrueGem for anything illegal
10. Our content
The TrueGem name, logo, the Glint mascot, the artwork and the app itself belong to TrueGem. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
11. Availability and changes
TrueGem is provided "as is". It may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, pause or end features or the whole service. We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in our channel. If you keep using TrueGem after an update, you accept the new Terms.
12. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, TrueGem is not responsible for indirect losses, lost Gems, lost profits, changes in the value of any crypto asset, or problems caused by Telegram, wallets, marketplaces, blockchains or other services we don't control.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using TrueGem at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
